Für einen internationalen Technologie- und Entertainment-Kunden in Malta suchen wir koreanischsprachige Kandidaten für eine kundenorientierte Online-Rolle in einem professionellen Studio-Umfeld.Vorerfahrung ist nicht erforderlich – eine umfassende Schulung wird angeboten.We are recruiting Korean-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives for a global technology company based in Malta.In this role, you will work from a professional studio environment, engaging with online users and delivering a high-quality, interactive digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.Key Responsibilities- Host and present interactive online sessions from a live studio- Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner- Maintain high presentation and service standards at all times- Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities- Follow company procedures and quality standards- Report any operational or technical issues to supervisors- Maintain a clean and professional working environmentRequirements- No previous experience required – full training provided- Fluent Korean- Conversational English (B1 or above)- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (including weekends and public holidays)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environmentBenefits- Competitive salary- Up to €400 monthly performance bonus- €400 annual wellness allowance- Night shift allowance- Monthly transport allowance (€70)- Monthly food allowance- Retention allowance- Life insurance (2x annual salary)- Private health insurance from day one- Free access to on-site gym- Company events and social activities- Snacks and fruit provided at the workplaceNote: German language skills are not required.
